DESCRIPTION

These roll-ups feature fig jam, goat cheese, arugula and more -bound to be a favorite at any party.

INGREDIENTS

• 2 – Tablespoons fresh lemon juice
• 2 – Tablespoons Olive Oil
• 2 Teaspoons Grated Lemon Zest
• 6 oz – Soft Goat Cheese
• 2-3 Garlic Cloves, minced
• 12 – Slices Prosciutto (halved crossed wise)
• 1/2 – Cup Kitchen Kettle Fig Jam
• 1/2 – Bunch Arugula

INSTRUCTIONS

Whisk lemon juice, zest and oil. Mix garlic and goat cheese. Spread a thin layer of goat cheese on prosciutto, then fig jam and arugula with vinaigrette (lemon juice, zest & oil mixture), then roll-up & enjoy.
