Online Gift Cards are redeemable through our online store only at shopkitchenkettle.com. They are not redeemable at the shops located within Kitchen Kettle Village.
Here’s how it works:
1. Choose the amount of your gift card, then click “Add to Cart” and complete checkout.
2. Once your order is confirmed you’ll receive an activation email (to the email you provided at checkout) with instructions on how to redeem your Online Gift Card.
3. If you’re gifting the Online Gift Card to someone else, you can simply forward them the activation email or print out the Online Gift Card and give it to them!
Online Gift Cards are not eligible for any discounts or promotional codes.

Our warehouse staff will package each item according to our strict specifications. Your items will go through an extensive inspection and be properly packaged prior to being delivered. These warehouses are situated in Europe as much as they are in USA.
Orders that include more than one item are assigned processing times for each item.
Prior to shipment Our team will conduct an extensive inspection of the items you purchased. Today, the majority of orders will be shipped within 48 hours. Delivery is expected to take between 3 and 7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, as we're involved with several parties such as the factory and the storage. Stock levels can fluctuate at any moment. Be aware that your order may be unable to fill when you have placed the order.
Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed in the past since you purchased, unfortunately we can't offer an exchange or refund.
For your item to be returned, it must be unopened and in the same state as you received it. The item must be returned in the original packaging.
