DESCRIPTION

A refreshing side salad!

INGREDIENTS

1 pint – Kitchen Kettle Pepper Cabbage
1 medium sized can mandarin oranges (drained)
1 medium sized can cubed pineapple (drained)
1 cup fresh cauliflower
2 chopped apples (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine above ingredients into a bowl and stir together. Refrigerate at least one hour before serving. Can be made two days in advance.
