Our number 1 selling jam is made from sweet red peppers. It became the talk of the county when we mixed it with cream cheese and served it with our old fashioned crackers. We call it our Pepper Party Pleaser. This is definitely a kitchen staple that provides an easy hors d’oeuvre for unexpected company. • 1 – 8 oz. block of cream cheese
