DESCRIPTION
A fantastic summer refresher!
INGREDIENTS
- 4 oz. Club Soda, Perrier, or sparkling water
- 1 oz. Olive Basin Sicilian Lemon Balsamic Vinegar
- 1.5 oz. Vodka (we like Tito’s but anything will do)
- 1 lemon wedge

Pro Hints
Make sure your drink is cold – the colder, the better! That means filling up the glass to the top with ice. Want bonus points? Store your vodka in the freezer to ensure the drink is as chilled as possible. One last thing – go for the small bottles of club soda, they tend to be ultra-carbonated which will add that extra bit of fizz to your drink.
