How to redeem:
Village Gift Certificates are sold in increments of $25 and redeemable in-person at any Kitchen Kettle Village shop or via phone orders only. They are not valid for online orders. Gift Certificates used over the phone will need to be used in full, they cannot carry a balance.
How they ship:
Gift Certificates ordered by themselves will ship via USPS Ground Advantage (formerly called First-Class). Gift Certificates ordered with other products will ship via common carrier with the rest of the order. There is a $3.99 processing & handling fee added at checkout to all gift certificate orders.
Gift Certificates are not eligible for any discounting or promo codes.

Returns

Our policy is valid for 30 days. If 30 days have passed after you bought your product, we are unable to provide a refund or exchange.
The item cannot be in use and must be in its original condition. The item must be returned in its original packaging.
